Located along the Willamette River, West Linn features a mix of historic and new homes situated right on the water. Famous mountains, including the Cascade Range, Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams, and Mt. St. Helens, serve as the town’s backdrop. The world-class Willamette Falls are a short drive away from West Linn. This giant, horseshoe-shaped block of waterfalls is one of the largest in the Pacific Northwest and one of the widest falls in the world. There are 17 picturesque parks within West Linn, with 600 acres of parkland and a plethora of open space. Locals love going hiking and walking in the Camassia Natural Area. There’s river access from Cedaroak Boat Ramp. Hammerle Park features a spray park, volleyball area, and tennis courts.
